How do you lead your business partners, not push them?

The first thing is to present a strong image of confidence. Present a strong image of what you could do for them and then do what you want them to do and be what you want them to be.

Those who are interested and serious in this business will mirror you.

From day one, you show your new business partner how to build the business! Show them what it takes to make money in this business.

How to prospect, present, maximize profits and develop leaders etc…

You cannot force people to take action, nor can you motivate them. You can simply help them identify their core actions.

They will then take action because it is aligned with what they want. Not because of what you want!

YOU lead people where they already want to go.

Where do they want to go? Well, they want to make more money in this industry in the shortest amount of time…

People do not like to be pushed, forced or told what to do. This is not leadership, it is “pushership”…

Pushing creates negativity, leadership creates money and creates relationships!

You can’t push anyone.

When you find the right people with the right attitude, you will have people that are self-motivated doing what they need to do and following your leadership, training and mentorship.

You do not have to have thousands of business partners to make the big money! You only need a few.

The biggest earners in network marketing will all tell you that it is because of 3 or 4 committed business partners in their downline that has become tremendously successful that caused them to become rich!

Once you start finding people that are serious about building a business and making money, it is more important that you teach them how to build a business than it is for you to go out and recruit someone else.

If you only learn this one thing from me, it is that your success is not because of you, it is because of the success of your business partners.

You will ONLY be successful if you learn and master the skill of teaching and developing your business partners into becoming successful leaders!

You are looking for generals that are going to help you build an army of people buying and using the products and getting other people to do the same!

You also have to know when to stop working with someone when they don’t do what they say they were going to do.

Your income is affected by it.

If they are not calling you excitedly, asking questions, attending meetings, bringing people to presentations or fail to make their monthly product purchases, you love them to death but you replace them immediately with someone who will affect your income positively and do what they have to do to make money and grow their business.

You can’t afford to give your time, effort and energy to somebody who isn’t going to do it!

I want you to only be interested in one thing; you are a head hunter and you are hunting for business builders.

And what do they look like? They look like people that are sick and tired of not making enough money and they want to make money your way, using your business model, and your company.

If they are not interested, replace them.
