How do you keep the leaders in your organization motivated?
How can we keep people motivated, even if they live far away?
We do that by teaching people self motivators!
We motivate the LEADERS in the area by teaching them the self motivators.
They then teach their people and then they teach their people and so everyone stays motivated!
What are self motivators?
A self motivator is something you teach someone that will motivate them, and you, every time you teach it!
Self motivator nr 1 – Residual income
Money you generate long after you’ve done the work…
Let’s say you’re living in the home of your choice, you have no mortgage, the house is paid for..! You are driving the car of your choice and the car is paid for! Your phone bill is current, no credit card bills – you have no bills
If you were in that kind of a situation, and you had R50 000 coming to you, you could live the lifestyle better than most Millionaires!
All your friends and all the people you know, who are not in NM, how could they possibly have R50 000 a month coming in to them whether they get out of bed or not?
You’ve probably heard, ever since you were young, that wouldn’t it be nice if you had enough money in the bank to be able to life off the interest and not touch the principal?
In South Africa, with the amount of interest you can get from an account that would actually send you a check each month for R50 000, it would take more or less R6 Million.
That’s how much you would have to have in the bank, to give you R50 000 a month interest income and I’m here to tell you that the R50 000 interest that you would get from the money in the bank will spend the same as the R50 000 you will get from your Network Marketing company!
Let’s take another figure, R20 000! It would be very comfortable if you had no bills! It still takes more or less R3 Million in the bank!
Now, how does a person put 3 Million in the bank? They have to have a job and then they’ll have to pay taxes on the money from the job, you have to make car payments, house payments and all the different things you have to spend money on!
What you have left is what we call, disposable income and with this money you can take your family to a nice meal once a week and then you’re saving up money for a nice holiday once a year!
When you’re through with all those expenditures, that is the money you have left to put in the bank.
How many people do you know who could do that? Could you do that…no way!
How many people in your NM company do you know who makes R20 000 a month?
How long did it take them to make that income?
We have seen people make this kind of residual income within 1-3 years!
What if it took you 3 years to get to R20 000?
I believe that anybody, if you work the business, the way I’ll be teaching it to you, could be at R20 000 or more within 3 years or even less!
This simply means that you wiil have the equivalent of R3 Million in bank.
Did you ever think in your entire life that you could save a million rand a year for three years!
So, you don’t make that kind of money yet anyway but yet you’re saving the equivalent of a Million rand a year for three years because the interest from R3 Million, which is R20 000 a month spends the same as the R20 000 a month you get from your NM company!
It is always nice to talk about the big figures, but let’s take a smaller figure like R1000 per month!
If you earn a R1000 from your NM company you have saved the equivalent of R220 000 in the bank!
Now, how do you get excited about making a R1000? You can when you know what it represents!
When you earn R1000 extra per month it means that you have saved R220 000 in the bank! How many people can save R220 000 per month in the bank? Where can you do this outside of NM? It is all about understanding folks!
So, rather than trying to put the money in the bank, wouldn’t it be easier to teach people a simple system you can do in 10min so they can sponsor someone and start building a business?
