As with everything in life, the trick is to keep things simple.

First we must have a basic understanding of what we want to achieve.

Then we must find a system that will work for us.

Finally we must internalize the system so that it become part of our way of thinking and acting. This is the application part – we must do it in auto drive.

The secret to time management is based on a “POWER LIST”

Doing the critical things in life is what will lead to a life of high productivity.

High productivity leads to a life of purpose.

Ask yourself this question daily: “What is the most important thing I can do right now that will have the greatest impact on my life, my income and my future?

Time is the essential element of high productivity, it is vital that you learn how to plan and use your time to best effect.

Don’t lose the potential value of your time by letting inefficiency rob you and others who depend on you!

Trivial tasks are time robbers – they will not contribute to you achieving high productivity.

Do the right tasks every day (marketing your business) – if you look for or expect instant improvements or quick profits, you will give up on almost all the things of great value!

You must have the confidence that doing the right thing for a period of time will pay off.

Adopt any new strategy gradually and keep going!

The goal of good time management is to learn how to use every minute of the time you have to the best of your ability. If you do that on a consistent basis you will lead a life of high productivity!

Keeping track of things reduces stress because it organizes the chaos and guides you in the direction of your goals and dreams.

The hardest part is always the beginning – keep going through the discomfort and very soon it will be over!

Begin and sustain your effort – just keep going:

  • Check your goals – Read them daily
  • Do your affirmations
  • Decide what you need to do right now to achieve your goals
  • List the tasks and tick them off

Time:

We only have 86 400 seconds, or 1440 minutes or 24 hours in a day. There are 7 days in a week, 365 days in a year!

We all have the same time, but what we choose to do with our time makes all the difference in the world.

Take the time to plan your day and weigh up each and every action to make sure it brings you closer to achieving your goals!

Giving the wrong person an important job or recruiting the wrong person into your business, means you have allowed the chance for failure to creep into your plan!

The more organized you are, the more you get done.

You must realize that you cannot do everything and that is why we have team players – each person contributes to the goal.

Feeling confident about growing your business and achieving the desired outcomes will result from having chosen your business partners with the greatest of care – before the job starts!

Only focus on the important things. Getting things done is not the same as getting the right things done!

The 4 D’s of time management:

  • Do it
  • Delay it
  • Delegate it
  • Dump it
